A scenario-based exercise will be organized to command a bird’s-eye view of potential responses and women’s role in a specific situation in the South China Sea; to identify how current policies work, underscore policy and operational gaps, and generate insights on how the women of the Philippine Navy and Coast Guard can realize their full potential.
