If you plan to use the bus and want reimbursement, you'll need to get a Holo Card that can track your usage.

You are responsible for keeping track of your stipend spending. We will only reimburse you up to the amounts stated. As we will reimburse you for these meals and ground transportation, we ask that you come prepared to cover these costs up front. Please keep digital receipts and take pictures of physical copies. We must receive digital copies of your receipts to process your reimbursement for ground transportation and meals. You are welcome to supplement your stipend with your own personal funds.

Mask policy: unless eating or drinking, masks must be worn indoors. This includes common areas of housing, in the conference building, and inside transportation.

We strongly recommend that you have a copy of your vaccination card as there are some establishments that may require proof of vaccination.

You are required to let Pacific Forum Staff know if you are feeling ill or test positive within 10 days prior to the workshop, during the workshop, or 2-3 days after the workshop.

Pacific Forum will make on-site PCR testing available for those requiring a negative COVID test for travel. Tests will be taken at approx. 4:00 pm on Sunday, and results will be made available approximately 2 hours later.
Yes, laundry rooms are located on the 2nd, 6th, and 10th floors. The washers and dryers are card operated. Laundry cards can be purchased at the machine next to the front desk in the lobby or you can download the WASH-Connect app on your phone.
If you need new linens or towels, everything will need to be replaced at the same time. Please talk to the front desk and let us know if you run into any issues.
During front desk hours, you can go to the front desk in the lobby. If it is outside of front desk hours, please call the "emergency" number, (808) 620-1014, for assistance. Let them know what building and room number you are in when calling for assistance.
